Thread title inspired by the 'it's time' Christmas trend as it's now time for Christmas now halloween is over!

Hello all! Has anyone seen ugg slippers in chestnut colour on sale?

I've had a look everywhere but I can't find any with a good discount.

Thank you in advance

imnottoofussed · 06/11/2023 16:29

@Mimi202020 is it the Tasman you're after? I believe they keep selling out in regular sizes. The hut has them in size 9 upwards if that's any use 25% off too

Mimi202020 · 06/11/2023 16:35

Just the regular slippers in a.size 6! I can find them for £90 but that's a little out of my budget. Thank you for looking!

MerylSqueak · 06/11/2023 16:42

Jet Cards have lots of reductions on trading card games including Pokemon. I've used them before and they were fine.

i buy them from schuh imperfects - they'll be exdisplay and maybe one a bit faded, you can see photos before you chose. I waterproof them and they end up looking the same

@OneFamily thanks, alas it needs to be baby moana!

It may be worth asking on the It's Orlando Time Facebook group (or similar) as they will be full of people at the parks who will more likely be able to find one!

Thank you for all the opinions and tips on the merin passes, the gold are the ones I would like. I looked at last years Black Friday and they waved the £49.99 joining fee so if they do that this year then I'll 100% get them

Teen DS - I'd like to get him some over ear headphones but he has quite a small head (and I want to avoid the bone conduction ones and noise cancelling feature).

Any recommendations or suggestions of what features to look for? It would be a bonus to have a built-in mic so it could also be used for gaming.

Also wondering about a power bank, but don't know where to start. It would be used with an android phone and a Switch. I'd welcome pointers for what to look for or any bargains...

I just spotted that Hamleys seem to have a big sale on at the moment...

I always go for Anker powerbanks- they are on Amazon and often come up in the daily deals. They also do headphones and earbuds- I am no expert but I have always been happy with the ones I have from them.

psuedocream3 · 06/11/2023 18:39

@PurpleSkittle I need a power bank for dd13 who always runs out of charge when she needs it, I'll probably get her this as she got the new iphone and it has excellent reviews... https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09925S3R9/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_4?smid=AISREEIOH9TSP&psc=1

But this one has great reviews but not sure exactly what it is compatible with

Just sharing in case it’s any help with sizing. My daughter white fox hoodie and t shirt have arrived. Size xs hoodie fits size 12 as a regular hoodies fit and fits roughly a size 6-8 as an oversized hoodie
the xs T-shirt is massive. I’ve not tried it on but looking at it it looks like it’s be oversized on a size 12.

Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced skin care for an 11 year old when I've googled it all seems expensive.

Also has anyone else seen the diary of wimpy kid games and Melissa and Doug car mat in home bargains as I can't see them in my local shops .

PopcornAndGummyBears · 06/11/2023 19:02

Would anyone be kind enough to share a student discount code for the Perfume Shop? I am buying for DS so can’t really ask him for the code as it might give it away!

Blessedbethefruitz · 06/11/2023 19:12

@User202242 I've worded my post very badly! I'm after a hard bodied, regular hair doll. As opposed to the small hard bodied hard hair, or rag dolls like you've posted. But thanks for the effort!!

Blessedbethefruitz · 06/11/2023 19:15

Power bank people - I bought the attached a while ago and it's fantastic. I travel for work on random Europe day trips. Very much appreciate the built in cables and battery count down. On sale atm too, might get another!

For those people looking for a beautiful pan for their loved one, there is apparently a popular called the Always Pan, that can be used for boiling/steaming/frying/in the oven. Aldi are bringing out a dupe called the Every Way pan, which will apparently be available from 16th November and will be £20.

Alternatively, the original is on sale at Harrods for £85 instead of £130.

As you can tell, I lead a riveting life of high adrenaline action...

Someaddedsugar · 06/11/2023 19:18

I highly recommend the Always Pan as @FireflyGirl has mentioned. I bought one last September and use it nearly every night. As pans go, it is my absolute favourite!

Fabricwitch · 06/11/2023 19:20

@lemonsmum Revolution are good, reasonably priced, and have cute/themed packaging. They do a lot of offers so I'm sure they'll have something good for Black Friday!

Kellioo · 06/11/2023 19:29

Thanks @Smurfmurf for the Elemis heads up. Nice little Christmas present for me on the way!

Sorry - I don't know if you originally said you needed brand new or not, but do you mean like these?
I remember my DS having the large toddler Moana (in Vinted pics), once DP even lovingly tucked a blanket around her thinking it was our son's curly head peeking out of bed.
