Thread title inspired by the 'it's time' Christmas trend as it's now time for Christmas now halloween is over!

@Beckafett we love Bandido for 2 players. Basically it’s a collaborative maze creation card game where you’re trying to close the exits so El Bandido can’t escape from jail. Can take 2 minutes or spiral off into 30+ mins, depending on the cards you draw and how well you communicate! Works well for 2 players, but if there are more you just split into teams.

Think we paid about £10 from our local games shop

Could you explain how they work, though, please? Is there any power or flame involved? The Boots description doesn’t mention anything.

In the bottom space.
Light the tea light and the heat melts the "lump" of wax that you put on the top.

I have an irrational fear of candles ...but can just about cope with these little things on the go !

Still haven't worked out how to get rid of the hard wax though !

But my DS and gf love them !

@bizzey I put my wax burner in the freezer every now and again to get all the wax off. The cold makes the wax shrink or something and it comes away no bother!

You can buy big packs of tea lights from any where.

Though I would look for long burning ones though.

At the moment I have 4 Wax Melt warmers in my basket for £10. Or, 8 for £20.

It doesn’t seem to differentiate between Melts and Warmers, it’s all 4 for £10.

Which offer x 3 for £27.06? The 3 burners and 9 melts (if they are all the same scent) for £18.49, which @Bethebest mentioned, is better than my “any 4 for £10” offer.

But, is the original 1 + 3 for £10 being made to look better than it really is? The wax melts in the offer are priced at £2.49 each, but they have other YC wax melts reduced from £1:99 to £1.49. Three of those and one burner would be £11.46, not that different from £10. (OK, 14.6% more) Do the various scents normally vary in price for the same thing?

If anyone is looking for a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer in Iron/Fuchsia it will be reduced by £50 at Boots from 11am to 1pm today, plus £50 worth of Advantage points. I have no idea if that is a good price.
