Looking for people who have been - is it worth a trip? I'm an hour away. Thanks!

It is nice enough but so so busy if you go on Dickens weekend- I would avoid that, it's so crowded that it's not fun anymore sadly. If you go on one other weekends it's nice enough though quite small. A little fair, some stalls and places to get mulled wine etc. We go every year but live very close.

It’s a bit naff & quite small. We’d done it in 30 minutes last year. Rochester is nice to wander round early evening though.

If the actual market doesn't take up too much time it's worth looking round the shops in town- most have got their decorations in already and you can while an hour looking around 😊

I go every year and I think it's getting smaller. I'm from thereabouts so that's part of the pull. Parking can be a nightmare. Rochester is quite a sweet and quirky hight street.

It's quite nice. Very busy when I went though. The town is lovely and well worth a visit with the market as an added bonus
