Primark delivered much more than I thought it would today. I got my son:

Spiderman umbrella £5
Flashing ball £1.50 (normally £5 in museum gift shops)
Spiderman gloves £2
Felt tip pens £0.80

(Plus some excellent Marvel and Grinch wrapping paper and some clothes for his birthday. Honestly, parents of Marvel fans will not be disappointed. I slightly regret not getting him a Marvel lunchbox, Spiderman hat, and Marvel socks and pants, but restrained myself!)

It will add to:

Glow in the dark star stickers from The Works £1
Dinosaur erasers from The Works £1
Happy Families card game from The Works £2
I Want A Cat by Tony Ross from The Works £2
Camping/adventure stationery kit £2

And too many sweets. So far I have bought:

Science Museum rocket lunch box I have filled with Kit Kats in place of a selection box (I don't want to add this up!)
Sugar mice
Candy cane
Chocolate coins
Smarties
Musical gingerbread tin from M&S

I need to get socks, pants and some kind of soap/toiletry which I am really stumped on.

What have you got for your little boys' stockings so far?

Mine has a slinky, a couple of Playmobil figures, socks, Smiggle pencil case, a Christmas book (he loves robins), a bookmark and a personalised teaspoon

Ds is 4.5 and so far in his stocking has:
whoopee cushion
Hot Wheels car
mini Lego set
Spiderman pen
smarties tube
Schleich figure (he collects the reptile ones)
Have a few more bits to get which will be sweets as it’s not very big.

He also gets some stocking fillers alongside his big pressie so far has:
Wheres Spidey book
spiderman note book & stationary set
small lego set
Gruffalo Dobble
Spidey jigsaw.

When Dc1 was 5 he was obsessed with all things police so I did a police theme, dressing up handcuffs, note pad & pen, hot wheels police car, police force mug & pen (from a friend) playmobil police figure, fingerprint kit, police sticker book. He loved it, talks about it every year.

My ds just turned 6 last week. I tend to go with silly gross things that he knows mummy and daddy would never buy for him 🙈
so far for his stocking I have:

colour your own dinosaur (home bargains £3)
a fart ninja (£5ish he's seen this in a toy shop and was obsessed)
An alien slime egg (£2 from a market -mainly for nostalgia for me as I loved them)
Chocolate coins
Star wars wallet (£1.00 vinted)
Lego mini figures blind bag x2 (£1.50 each on sale)
Brain licker sour lolly thing
spiderman pants (£2.50 for 5 in Primark sale)

I will get some socks, a new toothbrush, a sponge/flannel and one more sweet/chocolate thing and maybe one more item.
