Ideas for between Christmas and NY

Both my partner and I are off for all of Christmas this year and are looking for something to do between Xmas and new year with our 2year old - either a fun day trip or few days away (in the UK). Is anyone doing anything fun that I can take inspiration from?
I did look at Drayton manor Christmas wonderland, or Longleat festival of lights. Or maybe I just might find a child friendly country hotel!

Whereabouts are you ( vague location) and how far do you want to travel with a 2yo?

Warwick castle? They have ice skating and a light trail - not sure if it carries on after Christmas Day but worth a look.

The Winter Wonderland at Tamworth Snow Dome is good and continues into the New Year.

Would recommend a stay at Longleat Centre Parcs, finished off with a trip across the road to Longleat Safari Park to look at the animals and the Festival of Lights as it gets dark.

Highly recommend Longleat festival of lights, we have been a couple times and it’s really magical.
