Last year there was a thread about best Christmas recipes, someone posted a recipe for stuffing and it was absolutely delicious. Does anyone have the recipe please.

Best part of a roast dinner is the stuffing IMO so watching !

That sounds delicious! I'd definitely make it! Sounds like it could be adapted to an excellent sausage roll filling as well.

Sausage meat, chicken livers, onion, apple, sage, breadcrumbs and an egg to bind it then wrap in streaky bacon. Is that the recipe you’re thinking about OP?

That thread looks like it has loads of amazing recipes in it and I need to go and read the whole thing, but I have "Ctrl + F"d it for stuffing and can't see anything like OP has described.

If you can't find the original recipe this Waldorf stuffing with sausage meat, apples, walnuts and celery is absolutely delicious and freezes beautifully. Every one I've ever served it to has asked me for the recipe!
