Looking for ideas for snack/buffet foods that can be made and frozen in advance?

Things like pesto pin wheels, or filo brie and cranberry parcels.... but looking for other ideas too

Homemade sausage and stuffing rolls work well.

I just squeeze the meat out of some sausages and mix with a packet of sage and onion stuffing (made with half of the amount of water stated on the stuffing packet).

Spread a sheet of bought puff pastry with chutney, add the filling then roll up and slice.

Quick egg wash, slice up and use the fine dust out of the stuffing packet to sprinkle over the top of them.

Freeze them flat on a tray then once frozen you can bag them up. Keep them in the freezer and you can bake them from frozen.

Homemade sausage rolls - I buy tubes of sausage meat from the butcher's & shop-bought puff pastry.
I do plain ones for the kids; for DH & I - I add either harissa paste or onion marmalade to the sausage meat, lay it on the pastry in a 'sausage' shape, roll, cut, wrap & freeze.
