I would love to buy a large neon sign for my kitchen, but I couldn’t figure out what is being purchased with that listing. With the add to basket it asks for “customise” in a text box and says “All I need is text, color & font to get started! I will be able to send you some designs & their prices beforehand to get an approval :)”

So what is the £11.63 for? Is that the fee for them designing it? How much is the sign likely to be?
