For anyone who ordered the discounted ‘Cartwright and butler’ salted caramel biscuits from Amazon a couple of months back… did your order ever arrive?

@chocolatepudandchocolatesauce I got an email directly from New Look with it on.

Quite a lot of us got caught out by this a few years ago. It seems to be a tactic of theirs. They don't send your free one until they have billed you for the second one so both turn up a day or so apart. I would never use them again because of this. If I were you, I would cancel now.

Mine did, but I was probably one of the first people to order them.

I cancelled my subscription for auto renewal day I ordered. It has since sent an email asking to select products so will see if anything is sent

The barbie freebie has a glitch so adds the free outfit even if you don't spend £20.

Birchbox update: website still down, customer services email bounced, so I’ve tried stopping my credit card payment BUT… because they weren’t taking payment for the first box, there’s nothing there to block. I’m afraid this does now look like a scam.
