I’m going to balance that out with a counter-opinion that sheepskin hot water bottle covers are the best thing since sliced bread! 😁

They don’t get too hot but they keep their heat for ages …12 hours plus. And they are so soft and cuddly.

@Carrie76 The new advent shows the contents on Amazon, was around £15 on prime day. They only have two doll figures in though, unlike the previous year which looks like it had four.

No wooden toys in the Aldi I went to, but I'll be going to another Aldi tomorrow so will check there. No Megaladons or Lego either but my dad is going to a different Sainburys tomorrow near where he works and he'll have a look there (he sounded quite bemused by my requests that also included matching family pjs 😂)

@Carrie76 the works sometimes have Polly Pocket surprised bags. They're £2ish and it's a plastic ring/necklace with a figure inside. May be worth trying to get some of those rather than full sets. Downside is you don't get to choose the figure.

balance I was looking for DMs for DH, and ended up getting some BNWT from Vinted.

They were just under £90 instead of the £120ish I could get them for with codes on ASOS plus, you know, sustainable and helping a real person rather than a shop… def worth a look!
