Tablet suggestions please ? I was looking at the Amazon fire kids 10 one on the prime deal today but not sure it'd be able to run Minecraft and Roblox, which is what Im guessing they'll be used primarily for. I'm shit with specs.

Thank you.

We absolutely DESPISED the amazon fire.

We did buy refurbished apple Ipads which were great but became sluggish.

We eventually got rid of them and went with sky contract which was between £12-15 per month for a brand new tablet contract.

We have now done that for our 3DCs.

Dgd (7) has the kids fire 10hd pro (she had a normal kids fire tablet before that). I can honestly say she's had zero issues with it playing roblox/minecraft. Hasn't been sluggish and the screen has been fine. She also has the matching kids wireless keyboard was has worked well. Do have to switch between her account and mine on it to access some things like our subscription to Disney plus. I think we paid about £130 instead of its rrp of £220.

Ah we really like the Kindle Fires for our kids. No issues with Roblox and ours aren't sluggish. I'd buy another without hesitation.

We have an 8th gen kindle fire (about 4 years old). which had just recently become very sluggish but we did a factory reset which seems to have sorted it out.
Just ordered a newer one for our youngest. Hopefully it’s not too much better or dc3 will sulk!

I've always gone with iPads. I like the family sharing, I can see what they're doing from my own phone, set limits, share purchases, etc... I know where I am with an iPad.

We've read the fire hd 8 ones for 3 years and they've been pretty good compared to other fire tablets we've had to be fair, and they do run Minecraft no problem. However, I find it really annoying that you can't get YouTube Kids on them, and some other Android apps. I also find that when travelling, downloaded content frequently doesn't play and says it is because no internet connection, even when everything has been pre downloaded. This is a very common problem with Amazon fire tablets.

My DS has recently cracked the screen for his tablet, and is requesting a specific colour case that Amazon don't offer, so for his birthday I have just done some research and ordered him a Lenovo M10 tablet. It was cheaper than the new Kindle Fire 10 inch, with double the storage and has good reviews.

@User3735 yeah I ended up going with the Lenovo M10 one, there was an offer for the 64gb one. They came yesterday and look good out of the box!

Samsung Ipads. Ds has had his around 2 years and it's been reliable
