In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

@Carolwithane Might not be the kind of thing you're wanting but I made my garland from plain garlands from Dunelm - I think they were £10 each. I fastened surplus baubles on and battery powered string lights. Was absolutely the cheapest way I'd found of doing it and they match my tree :)

Can I be a little daft and ask how you find the warehouse on the amazon app?

Disappointed in prime deals this year.

sellote · 11/10/2023 06:26

Has anyone seen a lookfantastic code which works with the sol de janeiro perfume set please? Or seen it cheaper on another site (including delivery)? I want to get it for my DN but it’s over budget at full price. I’ve been trying random codes but with no luck, a little surprising as I normal manage 20% off with LF.

There is an option at the top of the website for ‘warehouse deals’. Not sure about on the app. But personally, when I’m looking at a product, I check ‘New and used from’ further down the page, and if they have any of the item in the Amazon warehouse it will show up on that list, along with third party sellers.

ETA, I don’t have the app so not sure if ‘new and used from’ on the product pages is on there, but if not it’ll be wherever you go to to check all sellers for an item (not just the default seller Amazon gives you on the main product page).

Famousthehero · 11/10/2023 06:55

To find Amazon warehouse on the app you click the three lines for the menu on the bottom right of the screen, then the red pot pic for deals & discounts, then scroll down the list to the green Warehouse bit

Frustratingly there’s was a code the other week taking the set to £26 or thereabouts. I tried several code’s yesterday for the limited edition and nothing worked.

Ooh thank you! That is a good buy, great for holidays.

Sainsburys toy sale started in store today, looks like some decent bargains on Barbie, Bluey, LOL and some others. Sorry I wasn't in store to take pictures just seen it online.
Argos also have a toy sale this morning.

Ginann · 11/10/2023 08:03

Polly pocket kangaroo was £16 then £13 this morning it's £10.40 on Amazon.

MerCatsSpawScience · 11/10/2023 08:03

Just looking at the Argos toy sale now & it seems to have the same things, so if you can't make it in store the same bargains seem to be online in Argos.

It is! Thanks. I haven’t heard of that site though - has anyone on here used it?

Clucket87 · 11/10/2023 08:49

@sellote I've used Notion before.
It's a pretty good site and you can get Cashback through Quidco on it as well.

@Eaglefree
We researched drawing tablets that connect to laptops last year, and the Wacom One got the best ratings for beginner level tablets. It’s currently £33.99 on Amazon, which is the lowest price ever according to Camelcamelcamel

Travelcrazy · 11/10/2023 08:55

Some fabulous stocking fillers here, looks great! NEW10 gets 10% off for new customers too. I just got 14 items for £23 inc delivery.

I have just been into Sainsbury's to have a nosy, theres a good range, as others have said, also lego, vtech, playdoh, hot weels.
Managed to get a few bits for youngests first birthday and had £12 nectar points to spend so was very chuffed with that

Christmasmcchristmasface · 11/10/2023 09:14

Re Somerset toiletry company
Just to note that despite saying UK delivery they do not deliver to Northern Ireland perhaps they should learn that is in fact called Great Britain.
oh well saved me buying items I probably didn’t actually need
