In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

Annoyed that the Bitzees were 30 on Amazon this morning and I just went to buy them and they've gone back to 32, I am aware that's pathetic 😂

I am hoping for a bigger drop on these.

Ordered my calendars, got the old polly pocket for £12.99 and got a big discount on a dinosaur one.

I’ve seen Ticket to Ride mentioned a few times on these thread. Would it be good for 10 and 6 year old? 10yr old loves that Race Around/Across World programme so thought might interest them. Any advice on which on (seems to be lots of different versions) and (more importantly!!) what a good price would be for it. TIA

My 7 year old likes ticket to ride but needs help and loses interest before the end as it’s quite a long game. There’s a kids version I’m toying with getting for my kids as I love the adult one and would like to play more

bizzey · 10/10/2023 15:43

Asking on here as this is the best thread ever !!

Elle and I wax melts for burners.
Has anyone used them/this company?

They have a nice little set that could be divided up for stocking fillers .

Wondering if anyone knows much about wax melts /and or this company ?
Ta .

bizzey · 10/10/2023 15:44

And do wax melts work just as well on electric burners or do they need the tea light ones ?

bizzey · 10/10/2023 15:45

Still gutted I missed out on the OB one with my dithering !

TheRedheadMummy · 10/10/2023 15:48

I switched to all electric warmers rather than flames and I find they actually boost the smell more than tealights! I haven’t tried this brand, but I’d say they’d probably be similar

SgtCatherineCawood · 10/10/2023 15:55

I switched to all electric warmers as well. I was so worried about leaving a tea light lit and going to bed. Now they are all on smart plugs which all switch to off at 10pm. No more getting out of bed to double check!

Eaglefree · 10/10/2023 15:59

Can anyone recommend a drawling pad that connects to a laptop for a 12 year old?

BadgerFace · 10/10/2023 16:09

We have kids ticket to ride (bought two years ago as I knew it was a thread favourite!!) and my 10 year old loves it. 7 year old less interested but we may have tried too early last year so I should revisit.

Thesoundofscience · 10/10/2023 16:11

@RainbowZebraWarrior
Maybe someone with better linking skills than me can link it again!!

PlanBea · 10/10/2023 16:49

@whoknows1230 @Thelifeofawife as someone with both, I prefer the G30, though our G30 is a couple of years newer than the 30c. It's the one we've picked as our "main" robot. The going in lines means we can prioritise an area easier (eg, it's done under the dining table now, let's send it home/take it upstairs/put it away so we can watch the TV in quiet) and it doesn't seem to get stuck on patches of sunlight like the 30c did sometimes. I don't work for eufy, I promise 😂

handmademitlove · 10/10/2023 17:24

Pleased with my Prime day bits - junior Cluedo for £10 and half price (or nearly half price) on a Barbie and Playmobil fire engine

villamariavintrapp · 10/10/2023 18:12

Yoto player plus starter pack down to £87.99 on Amazon. Think it's a good deal..

MarshmallowsOnToast · 10/10/2023 18:26

On the Amazon App, when you click to view your basket...

At the top i just had an offer "free £5 credit when you add a back-up card"

Added another of my cards to my account and got the £5 applied. Easy as pie.

Worth checking but I guess from previous, it won't be for everybody.

MammaRoly · 10/10/2023 18:27

@PantsToItAll We have Ticket to Ride Europe, DS age 10 loves it and DD age 9 pairs up with an adult as she has a short attention span for all board games! It is one of those games that seem to have complicated instructions but actually easy to get my poor menopausal head around after 1-2 games. There are different versions and I keep twitching at the London version but want to get Herd Mentality for this year

Babynumberthreeee · 10/10/2023 18:43

@Losingmymind85 I have the email but its a direct link not an access code - do you want to pm me your email and I'll ping it across.

@Blessedbethefruitz lidl had remote control trains last year may be worth looking for some on marketplace? IIRC they do them every year end of November time

Losingmymind85 · 10/10/2023 18:50

@Babynumberthreeee thanks but I got an access link earlier. DD will be delighted (even at the cheap seats!)

XiCi · 10/10/2023 18:51

The Pan-n-Ice ice cream maker a pp was asking about is 24% off for Prime day at £24.99
