I'm buying my DS a kindle for his 13 bday (Ereader, not fire), but am stuck between the children’s one and the normal one. I'm worried if I buy the normal one he'll have access to inappropriate books, but that the children’s book selection might be too young!! Help please?????

You can get the kids one and then add books onto it via the parent dashboard on Amazon

@IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile I have the larger kids kindle and it's great. My library also has the option to borrow ebooks which is ideal and saves a fortune.

@PlanBea @whoknows1230 @Talisin can I just check, with these cleaners I have read a few times about having one for upstairs and one for downstairs, is this due to necessity (as in it can only programme so much) or simply for the individual’s convenience?
I may be swayed by a good Prime deal, but don’t want to spend if it’s not going to do the job I need. Thanks x

@Thelifeofawife I have one upstairs and one downstairs now, I started off with just one that lived downstairs and we would carry it upstairs every so often. It's just convenience for us to have two, as the downstairs one is on a schedule to run daily so between hoovering and charging time and seeing hoovered carpets while downstairs (and my brain going "hoovering done!" forgetting it wasn't all done), I kept forgetting to move it up when it was ready to go. The upstairs one isn't on a schedule though as I need to do a flit round to pick up any stray clothes or toys before that one goes on!

@Mattywoo would this do for a family of five? Can you fit a small chicken in one side. I’m really tempted by anything that would make my life easier but it’s a lot of money to lay out.

Some good deals on Lego for prime day. Lots of the botanicals - wildflowers, orchid, bonsai tree etc at good prices. I have them all and absolutely love them.

If you have stuff in your basket watching amazon items for prime day then its worth checking separately if the price has dropped. I had items in my basket saved for later showing 'full' price still but then found the same price dropped item.
A few bits had a decent drop.
