Left handed gifts

Does anyone know where I could get a left-handed cake/pastry fork? It’s a gift so it would need to be good quality/decorative rather than purely practical. I’ve had a look everywhere can think of and can’t find anything nice.

My son is a leftie and we often get items from anything lefthanded.co.uk

I've tried to find this before and it doesn't exist! Somewhere used to make them but not anymore. Would love one for DH

I tried years ago too without any luck. If you do track one down I’d love to know.

Well that's the fastest I've ever ordered something thank you @TeenDivided 😊

Thanks everyone. I’m looking for something a little more gifty (if that’s a thing 😆) but I appreciate everyone looking.

I can say OP that your recipient won't care if it's not flashy they will just adore the fact it's designed for them. I bought one for myself a very long time ago when Anything Left-Handed still had a shop in Brewer St. It is utterly plain but one of my prized possessions!

Absolutely agree with this! All 5 of my siblings are lefties (I'm the odd one out being the only righty) as is my DS & my dad and they all love anything designed for them to use so I wouldn't worry too much about it being fancy.

I'm not sure whether you're buying for a close relative or not but just to say make sure they don't have mixed hand dominance first. I'm technically a leftie as I only write with my left hand but I've only ever been able to use scissors with my right hand and brush my teeth with my right. I wouldn't really need a leftie specific item,

Sugarfree23 · 07/10/2023 15:15

My prized lefty items are a ruler from WH Smiths- the numbers start at the other end.
And a set of wooden spoons with the pointy bit in the other corner from Leftys in San Francisco - DH hates them with a passion cause they don't work 🤣
