Best place to purchase food to order?

We're intending on buying food to order this year, to make our Christmas Day as simple as possible!

From previous years, which supermarket would you say is the best? Is M&S really worth it??

Thank you :)

The only problem with M&S that I've had is the mammoth queues for collection.

I do a bit of ordering for home delivery with Waitrose, same with Sainsburys. I also get some stuff the week before from M&S and freeze it. Obviously some of the food to order stuff isn't all available off the shelf, but a lot of it is.

I've made lists over the years of what I like (e.g. pigs in blankets from waitrose) although stuff changes every year.

If you have someone who can do the collecting for you, I'd do it.

I got the leaflet for food to go from Sainsburys yesterday. It's all online now of course. I think M&S still do the full brochure. Normally out around 4 Oct iirc.

I really rate Morrisons. Always had lovely Christmas food from there although I normally buy sides and pudding not the main meat.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Morrisons last year.

I get ours from Waitrose. Would love to try m and s but it's so far to collect it! Such a pity that they don't deliver

I don't bother anymore, there is always loads in store - m and s

I always use Sainsburys. Never any issues.

local butcher for meat, Waitrose for ingredients.
