Action figure for just turning 4yo who isn't in to any of the franchise's

Struggling a little with my ds2 who will be 4 in Jan as he has an older brother who is 6. Ds1 is well into power rangers, star wars, transformers etc and so is recieving action figures of those for his birthday in October and Christmas. Ds2 doesn't really get into any of those TV programmes with the exception of spidey, but I would like to get him a figure of sorts so he can play with his brother (they both will want to play but ds2 won't watch is the sum of it!) Any suggestions? Ds1 is getting a big 30cm power ranger and morpher. I can find Spidey toys but they look quite small and young and don't "do" anything. So far the best I've seen is the Zurg figure with a blaster arm which shoots missiles but again, ds2 isn't in Lightyear so I don't know if that's a wierd thing to give him.

Any suggestions?

My wee boy just turned 4. He knows who the superheroes are but isn't massively in to any of them. However, he was given spidey, hulk and iron man for his birthday and he loves playing with them. It's just the ones about £15 on Amazon. They don't 'do' anything but he just plays with them in the same way people play with barbies or GI Joe. They weren't his main present though.

Thanks for the suggestions ☺️ he doesn't NEED an action figure but I think if he sees his brother with his he will want to join in, and I do think ds1 will want him to have something so he can as well, if that makes sense. A big dinosaur isn't a bad idea as it can still fight with DS1s bits I'm sure. Ds1 power ranger has a sword so it will need to "do" something else ds2 will be reminded his isn't as cool/grown up I'm sure! I feel sorry for ds2 he's always trying to keep up!

My 5yo nephew loves the paw patrol stuff.

Action Man or Ken dolls?

Bit of an out-there suggestion, but my lovably-weird son who is a similar age, much prefers figures of "monsters" than heros.. (the monsters have to be the good guys in his games)

His favourite are these - they are from a Japanese kids show, but he has never seen it, and doesn't know anything about the show. I think he just likes them because they have much more creative designs then a lot of the "people" action figures.
