Last few years it’s occurred to me to book this sort of thing in about November when it’s too late.

So tell me. What lovely Christmas stuff should I be booking? Primary aged kids.

Sorry for talking about Christmas in July!

Also to add I want to be able to afford to take my children to do some Christmas things as it's our favourite time of year, so thinking about it now helps us spread the costs! We have two weeks off in summer when we will do lots of summer activities and won't think about Christmas then. If you don't want to read about Christmas then don't click on it 🙄
I'm not even from London but having a nosey incase we get to go one Christmas 😂

It's bloody July. How to people live like this? Enjoy the summer with your kids and stop wishing your life away. So sad.

Booking things in advance so you get to experience them is not "sad". I booked some theatre tickets for November back in February because it's only on for two nights in my town. Do you never book a holiday far in advance? Or are you just annoyed that some people are more organised than you?

Steam dreams Santa express is amazing!

I love talking about Christmas all year round 🤣

If your kids are into Harry Potter apparently the Harry Potter studios tour is very festive from mid November onwards.

106 days till my Christmas decorations go up 👏

It will be the “but it’s July, enjoy the summer” crowd who post on Facebook on 30 November to complain that they can’t book Santa and can’t find any advent calendars to buy 😂

I’ve booked glow light experience at local castle.

I'm loving summer with my DC and living in the moment, but that doesn't mean I can't take 20 minutes to book some tickets for a much anticipated Santa visit or tickets to a show, so we're not stuck at the back unable to see anything! What a daft comment. Many Christmas experiences are booked months in advance - LaplandUK was sold out in March. Polar Express tickets went on sale months ago. We LOVE Christmas and there are only so many years when the magic exists for your children. So no, I'm not sad or wishing my life away. I can multitask and plan a wonderful Christmas of activities, whilst also enjoying my DC in this moment.
