Abroad for Christmas 2023?

We're toying with the idea of going away next year for Christmas. Probably from 22nd December for a week or so.

We like the idea of Dubai but thinking it may be a little out of our budget.

Can anyone recommend anywhere... ideals are warm(er) weather and a little bit Christmassy.

A colleague went to Egypt last year Christmas and loved it. She has t got DC though so I think she spent most of her time eating and drinking in the sun.

We had Christmas in Dubai in 2019 and enjoyed it BUT preferred this year when we flew out on Boxing Day and were joined by the adult kids 3 days later and we then moved to the Atlantis where we had the most fab NYE at a gala dinner with Kylie Minogue as the entertainment!!

The best Christmas abroad we have ever had was in 2015 when we went to Mexico.
