Raining here but have to pop out. A quiet one for tonight, half by choice as its expensive/overrated and half by the fact that no friends are free to have a gathering.
Debating going to bed at usual time but teen is out clubbing so I won't be able to sleep til they're back anyway!
Planning on Vaxing the bedroom carpet tomorrow and putting on fresh bedding, though read a superstition that you shouldn't do laundry on NYD as it means you wash someone out of your life (death!). Now wondering if that's the same for cleaning a carpet...😅
