Went to a big shopping centre today. Hardly anything in sales. Many shops have cleared all Christmas stock from shelves and were stocking new season. No Christmassy food in Waitrose or M&S. No sale stuff in The Entertainer. Flying Tiger mostly empty. Nothing in Hotel Chocolat etc. Either I was too late or they didn’t order excess stock this year. I didn’t need anything - was just browsing, but was quite surprised
