What were your hits for girl early teens, and boys 8 and 11?

I am planning for next year because I love keeping lists and coming up with ideas and being prepared. So any hits this year for stockings and main gifts for those ages I’d love to give my spreadsheet a kickstart…

9y/o DS has loved some Airfix sets and a card game called Mapominoes

This was the one we got her, I'm really impressed with it. You should be able to get an extra 12-15% off as well.

I also bought a few friends kids pyjamas from primark with matching sort of slipper/ sock slipper things they had lots of different ones and even the teenagers liked them so they were good as not too expensive to buy

Asked ds his favourites and they were -

globe (which lights up with the constellations at night!)

A big squidgy ball with little dangle bits, like a giant stress ball, from Smyths

A keyring that looks like a chicken nugget

A pair of socks with "Pasta" written on

A ukulele

Thick card cutout builds of Harry Potter locations (we have Gringotts and Weasley Wizard Wheezes) - under a tenner In Argos and kept them entertained for hours building

Ds plays loads with dds "dj" kit (which looks like it's for a 5yo as Vtech, but it actually quite good fun for older kids!)__

DS10 - got the lego sets he asked for, so very happy. DS8 - gravitrax and nerf gun.
They both have also not stopped wearing the primark fake oodies we bought them - will be due a wash soon! They are very soft and snuggly. And they got "merch" - tshirt / hoody from websites of you tubers they like to watch. Those were also a hit - partly as they were a total surprise for them. Ordered I early Nov though to allow postage time from US.

O yes back scratcher was a hit for my dd a couple of years ago.

Bean bags

For my 12 year old boy- some aftershave and a hand held milk frother as he loves a frothy hot chocolate.

DD almost 13 liked Air up bottle, lip gloss and nail polish, colouring book for "teens", hooded blanket.

Oh thanks so much that looks perfect for my DD and her tiny bedroom.

I also got my DD13 a full length mirror with storage which she was delighted with.

Another hit for her was a bullet journal. I might buy another for next year.

Another one to add- I bought DD a mini snack maker from primark, months ago, to stash, following on from the success of a waffle maker last year, which has been hammered!
apparently, it makes the best pancakes - so may be worth looking out for one I. The sales!
