they disabled the £30 voucher and just ignore messages and emails. Then when I went to look for any update on their Facebook page it didn’t exist.

Smashed Grapes keep emailing me Mother’s Day offers too! Terrible that they haven’t sorted the Christmas fiasco first.

I unsubscribed from emails. They were winding me up!

I keep harping on about Tesco but the clearance section in my local had some amazing offers again. Monster Jam trucks for £2.50, Magic mixes(?) minis for 25p, Cry baby surprise tubs for 69p & Thor Lego sets for £6!

Smashed grapes update! I emailed last complaining about how dare they advertise mothers day etc etc when they haven't yet sent my parcel from December. Got an immediate response and notification of my box being dispatched. Could have knocked me down with a feather!

M&S has hooded blankets in their sale, with children's ones currently in stock at £5 each. They are selling out quickly, though.

There are several Harry Potter houses, plus plain and checked ones.

I emailed Smashed Grapes multiple times about my invalid £30 voucher then took to Twitter and Instagram DM too. Two weeks ago, after about 3 months of waiting, I got a response saying that Smashed Grapes had taken on a new person to go through messages and she'd get back to me asap. She did. Apparently they withdrew the £30 voucher just after it was sent and won't be reinstating the gesture so nobody's will work. She said that the most she could do was refund me £3.99 for the postage of the free box (that didn't arrive).

Suggest trading standards/BBC watchdog take this up. I got off lightly but others from Trust Pilot reviews have really been let down and SG don't seem to care! Avoid at all costs. Doesn't take much to respond to a message!

I sent smashed grapes an email about the two wine bottles I ordered using the £30 voucher. They don't have one of them in stock but will send me an alternative.

@Novita when did you use the voucher? Mine was invalid almost immediately after they sent it.

@Allthechocolates I used it straight away they sent it. I didn't want tasting kit so thought I get something else. I originally ordered Malbec tasting kit but ordered two bottles of Malbec instead with the voucher. I didn't get the bottles and sent an email earlier this year. Nothing so I sent a new one again today and got answer that they will sent the bottles.

I got an answer finally after sending a message via a dummy Facebook account (as they’ve blocked me). Telling me the £30 vouchers were withdrawn and not going to be enabled and offering me a refund of postage and 30% discount code
i said I’ll take the refund but wouldn’t be using the discount as I had no intention of ever using a company that had blocked me …

I remember seeing The Bridal Beauty Co on here in the run up to Christmas… has anyone ever had one of their mystery boxes? Tempted to order myself the Mother’s Day box as it comes with a free special sleep bundle today.

I got a mystery box a couple of weeks ago. Lots of products- couple of full size face masks, supplement drinks with collagen, Nars and Charlotte Tilbury make up, reusable cotton pads, a cleanser. Other things too. Delighted with it!

Yes I think I was the one who initially recommended them before Christmas. I’ve continued to buy from them - usually when I know what is in the box but occasionally I’ve bought a couple of mystery boxes.
the contents have always been great. Even when I won’t use something, I’ve been able to sell it on vinted and usually make back most of what I spent on the box as the items are high value!

I’ve been tempted by that offer today too!

Well, I had several £30 vouchers and £20 referral vouchers.

The admin girl M responded to me and sent out my boxes of wine. She didn't mention the vouchers at all. I just sent the order numbers asking where they were.

Thanks for the smashed grapes updates. I never got my order so I've just re-emailed them. Fingers crossed I at least get a response!

I had one last go at contacting Smashed Grapes yesterday, off the back of the above posters, I went through their website ‘Contact Us’ page and had a response in 2 hours after my 5 emails since November were all ignored!

I chased up my smashed grapes refund through ‘contact us’ on the website as above, and a spin to win discount popped up!!! No thanks!

Can anyone remember if Marks and Spencer do a uniform code this time if year?
