Anyone make a silver cross wave toy doll buggy??

Become I’m stuck! There’s a connection piece that looks like it should be pointing down but it’s pointing up and I can’t figure out how to get it down.

Any you tube videos on how to put it together?

I’m sorted. Had to be quite rough with the connector bits to get them to move.
