Anyone else got a cry baby? Help needed!

Only present my 5 year old really asked for. For the life of us we can’t get it crying the tears!
Have changed the switch from try mode to on. Have pressed the button at the back loads of times but still no joy.
she’s crying ok but just no tears.
Can anybody help?!

Do you need to put water in?

Was it just me who was going to reply, yes, my children have already cried this morning for inexplicable reasons?

OP it probably needs water putting in/“feeding”?

Had a Google, need to make sure air taken out tank, fill with water, take dummy out and press button

Done all that! No joy. Was just hoping someone who has one maybe might know. Google wasn’t much help.
