Help with cooking in advance (first time and no microwave and small oven)

Last minute changes to our Xmas day plans mean we’re likely to be out (skiing - we live abroad) from about 9am-2pm

So that we don’t eat ridiculously late I want to prep and/or precook as much as possible tomorrow (Xmas eve).

But I’ve never done this before, we don’t have a microwave and our oven is a small single one with only 2 shelves. So logistics can be tricky.

Hows best to go about this? Can you help me pop my cook-in-advance cherry please?

DH will kill me if it’s all chewy from reheating btw! We’re already a few key bits down (eg no pigs in blankets), so need foolproof tips please!

Tell DH to cook it himself if he’s so demanding.

If I was going to be out 9-2 I'd get some pizzas in and not worry about a proper dinner. Or just have pigs in blankets and some roasties.

If your H will complain then get him to cook!

Does oven have auto function?.
