Ideas for a 'date a month' gift

I am thinking about making a gift for my husband with a semi pre planned date per month. I thought maybe put the dates in 12 envelopes? They would need to be flexible ideas as dh currently works 5 nights out of 7. I am stumped for ideas, I have a couple but unsure how to go about it. Just sticking 'cinema' in an envelope seems flat. I don't drive so I can't suprise him by driving him somewhere. We have a teenage ds at home. I know you don't know us but any ideas or, ideas of how to make the gift much appreciated.
TIA.

Get dressed up and go to a fancy restaurant
Spend a day at the races
His and Hers massages at a spa
Pack a picnic and go on an Autumnal walk
Get a takeaway, snuggle up and watch the first film you ever watched together
Share fish and chips watching the sunset (ideally on a beach)
Go on a vineyard tour/wine tasting

I've done this for my husband but only booked 6! We're spending a day making wooden spoons, theatre tickets, a Meerkat experience day, night away in a hotel with a meal at a hotel we've wanted to go to for ages, axe throwing and a Hawk walk with afternoon tea.

The cube experience in Manchester - if you've watched the show it's so fun.

Ninja warrior experience - there's a few throughout the country.

Go Ape

Bowling

Escape room

Local food and drink festival
