I have this problem, I never grew up with sacks and stockings but I’ve introduced them 🤦♀️ In the past stocking just had anything that fitted in them. They don’t go on the beds, they stay down stairs.
Anyway my plan going forward is, stockings full of chocolates mainly, coins, lollipops pops, Santa kinder etc…
Sacks, similar, selection boxs, 2 each, one chocolate one sweets, one DD has a hot chocolate station, another a Christmas themed jar I’ve filled with her favourite chocolates and sweets, third peppa pig themed selection box and other themed chocolates she’d like. I’ve got some other “stocking filler” type bits, mini Fortnite figures, Christmas themed rubix cube, barbie grab bags etc and any other little bits I don’t want to wrap are going to put these in the sacks.
I don’t want to put actual presents in as I feel it takes away from how I like to do things which is big colourful piles of presents under the tree
