Manager gifts for direct reports

I'm new to management. Company gives everyone the same generic (cheap) gift at Xmas. I'd like to get something a bit nicer for my 2x direct reports but struggling a bit with what....

I don't like buying booze as a gift unless I know the person will drink it/enjoy it.

Given the postage situation, needs to be something I can pick up in Next / Sainsbury/ M&S / Boots as I can't trust online so late.

Both women, 35-45. One is a mum of 3, well off husband but who's bad at gifting so doesn't often get spoiled. Always on a diet or trying to be good.

The other is very into hill walking and sports, from Poland originally and misses Polish traditions at Xmas. Isn't fussed on chocolate and is a very healthy eater.

Nice box of chocs is out, I'm not sure either would appreciate a candle that much.

Ideas? Am I overthinking it?

I was thinking about £25 spend on each.

Nice plant or pot of bulbs.

The hill walker I'd get a pair of fabulous walking socks. Good ones she might not buy herself.
And the other, a pair of cashmere socks.
Both a bit indulgent and not something they might spend their own money on.

A festive bouquet (if they're not going away for Christmas) or plant.

I work in a small team with two direct reports. I bought the both a book I knew they would like.

I'd get them both a lovely Christmas bouquet from M&S.

I'd go plant. Have a look at Bloom and Wild? I like all the things on their website!
