Alternative to Barbie Dreamhouse?

My 7yo has asked Santa for this for Christmas. It is massive, costs £325 (although I've seen it for circa £200 on sale). I wouldn't mind paying that. It is a lot more than we usually spend on Santa presents, but I'd make it her birthday and Christmas present from us (her bday is just before Christmas). But, she already has a Barbie dolls house plus a large, wooden dolls house. Neither of which gets played with very much.

So, I'm looking for an alternative. I'm thinking something else from Barbie, but not another house.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

Playset - I’ve got my DD this. It’s a Barbie dreamhouse but in a playset that can be packed away.

There are other playsets like the beach house, skippers park set.
