DS has some presents, and he has written a list and we have got a few things but when I look at the pile for his sister and then for him there is a disparity…. And so I am looking for some inspiration from the small to the large! Some out of the box ideas.

He likes sports. And he has some things for his bike, for footy for tennis. We considered a sprokit? That bounced call game?? Is it rubbish?
He likes clothes- he has some things on that front.
sweets and smellies. All bought
but im
looking for gay something else, something unusual or quirky that I juts haven’t considered.

help!

Tickers for a match or favourite sporting event. Tickets for a concert later in '23.

Bunce1 · 13/12/2022 22:51

Thank you for the suggestions.

will look T fitbits. DD had one and it broke so not sure what became of it…

ticketS- that’s a good shout but wouldn’t know where to start on that as it would have to be premier league and probably quite hard to come by at a reasonable price post but I will look into it! Thank you!

In the same predicament...So following with interest!

-Boxenbollen seems popular this year amongst several friends.

  • Punch bag, brought reasonably priced I think £30-£35 off Amazon. 5ftish, Has come filled with wall attachments, accessories, gloves, skipping ropes ect.
  • If he's into a Premier League football team, they do some excellent Lego replica football stadiums. Unfortunately for my DSs team EFL not available yet, but has done other grounds.
-Lego sets in general -Gift card for local shopping centre? Ours has shops/cinema/restaurants ect so all included, for a day out with his friends.
  • An Xbox gift voucher is always welcomed
  • Asked for a mini fridge in room.
  • Fun games to get the whole family involved, even though some a little immature due to younger siblings others aimed at him and myself/DH, upside down challenge, go bananas (I think it's called) can see be very entertaining Christmas, I have another which is 50+ challenges in one, think challenges/ping pong ect.
-Table tennis if he enjoys tennis. We got a set on Amazon about £15. It's just a retractable net, bats and ball that attaches to dining table. So doesn't take up much storage and fun.
  • Lynx, aftershave, hair care ect
  • Pindaloo, hours of fun and quite tricky to get the hang of, but time disappears learning (from own experience 😂)
-Football/basketball -led lights or similar desk light
I'll keep thinking and looking back for ideas for me! x

A steam deck if you want proper wow factor. And have the £££.

Or a VR?

Bunce1 · 14/12/2022 23:09

I typed out a proper reply. But it didn’t post.

some excellent ideas on here. Thank you all!

I have got him rugby tickets. Such a good idea. And have got a boxing set thing, one of ten games and the chat reminded me to get him an air tag and a bike helmet. Thank you all for such creative suggestions. Much appreciate.

happy Christmas!
