Your best shortbread/cookie/pastry recipes

I will prob regret it but they will love it.

One of you had a brilliant pastry recipe last year that i used, think without any sugar and the mince pies were amazing.

If you google 'sainsburys easy biscuit recipe' that's the one we use with cookie cutters and icing etc. The recipe makes a lot a cookie batter so I usually put some away in the freezer for a easy rainy day activity.

Easy and delicious. Haven't yet tried their idea of adding chopped dried cranberries etc to make it fancier, though that also sounds good.

I blitz a packet of extra strong minutes into my shortbread, and then cover with mint chocolate- it’s delicious.

Ooh now they all sound lovely! Feeling bit better today (meaning eyes arent hurting. Everything else still is). Going to try and finish shopping online. Hopefully i can avoid RM deliveries.
