Wondering if this is just a temporary glitch, due to Christmas overwhelm of site?
Longtime Etsy account holder. Quite a few important Christmas purchases made about 10 days ago. Emails inform me they're dispatched.
I'm resigned to delays due to postal strikes.
But I need to check a few details for my records.
For past two days, however, there's a sort of blank grey space with wavy movement by what would normally be each item's photo and description/seller's details etc., as if perhaps attempting to load.
But no improvement in 48 hours, and no further details arriving.
The site's help section just advises making sure I'm signed in correctly, which I am.
Any insights from other customers?
