Anyone else's Etsy account 'purchases' list disappeared?

Wondering if this is just a temporary glitch, due to Christmas overwhelm of site?

Longtime Etsy account holder. Quite a few important Christmas purchases made about 10 days ago. Emails inform me they're dispatched.

I'm resigned to delays due to postal strikes.
But I need to check a few details for my records.

For past two days, however, there's a sort of blank grey space with wavy movement by what would normally be each item's photo and description/seller's details etc., as if perhaps attempting to load.

But no improvement in 48 hours, and no further details arriving.

The site's help section just advises making sure I'm signed in correctly, which I am.
Any insights from other customers?

I just checked mine and it is showing the purchases as normal. I am waiting for some purchases to arrive too. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I made a large purchase about a fortnight ago from multiple shops and although I got the purchase emails, one of the orders isn't showing on my purchase history.

Luckily Ive now received the item but its still never appeared in the purchase history so its definitely an issue with their site!

Differing experiences, then!

It is very odd: my purchases history list goes back to 2016. Running to 16 pages (on desktop). The two items at the top of each page (i.e. from different years, and all safely delivered) show up as per norm, both picture and details, but all others are as my original post.

So impossible to revisit for my records. Aaaargh!

Could it be possible that you weren't signed in when you purchased and checked out as a guest. This will mean they won't show in your account. The seller will be able to tell you as next to your name it will have "guest" in brackets.

@DelilahBucket No, I'm definitely always signed in every time when ordering.

You say that but you would amazed at the amount of messages I get just like your scenario where people aren't signed in but they think they are.

I've just checked mine & it's ok but it did have a wobble a few weeks ago. I just assumed a glitch & it fixed itself a few days later. Delivery is another matter though. Some Etsy sellers are taking forever to post stuff (that doesn't need making). I'm into my 6th week for one thing.
