Jewellery for 18 year old girl

DS is wanting to get his girlfriend something for Christmas, we are going shopping together soon to have a look so I thought I'd ask on here first for a few ideas.
She doesn't wear a lot of jewellery so it would have to be something subtle. She's not really in to getting too dressed up or going on big nights out.
I thought a nice, simple necklace or bracelet, I'm sure she would wear anything he chose, she's a lovely girl.
She hasn't got a pandora and he's not keen on getting her one of those.

Thanks!

Pandora have some lovely rings and necklace sets x

Nomination do some lovely bracelets but I think you can only get them online. They do a lovely delicate one for around £29 with the initial on. Joshua James is a good online jewellers to look on.

He could go on Etsy and get a simple initial necklace.

Some nice ones around

He should know if she wears gold or silver…

Doesn’t she have any social media he can check so he can look at stuff she has worn before?

this is an important life lesson to be learned here. I know she would wear ‘anything’ but you have an opportunity to encourage him to do a bit of detective work to find something to really lovely. Nice, thoughtful gift giving is a really important skill in relationships. (just wait until 25th December on here and watch how women who do everything for their families are disappointed with panic bought random purchases.)

Have a look at www.gemporia.com

UK Family owned & run business.

They also have a tv channel - Sky channel 665.

Why is he getting Jewellery for a girl who doesn't wear it? Rather than getting something subtle so it's basically inoffensive as she'll end up wearing it anyway why doesn't he get her something she'll want instead of a generic "girl present".

She does wear jewellery sometimes, just not all the time.
I've been trying to get him to buy something for ages, typical man thinks he's got ages then christmas is nearly upon us.
They arein the same friendship group and they were friends before getting together so I'm trying to encourage him away from just getting funny presents you'd get a friend, but it was his idea to get jewellery

I think we're too late to order online now, with the postal strikes, and it's better to see in person before you buy

Hurley burley do some nice and reasonably priced bits suitable for that Age group. All solid silver and nicely made. Good delivery service too.
