Name that film!

I think last year, possibly the year before, there was an animated Christmas film on tv- I think BBC but maybe Sky- that we’re struggling to remember the name of. It was German or Scandinavian and in the style of the people in the Moomins. I think it was slightly dark (surprise), and I think they hibernated. Does it ring any bells with anyone?
