Ideas for older parents

I'm desperate for gift inspiration for my older parents.
Both in their 70s.
Comfortably off so have bought themselves everything they "need".
No particular hobbies.
Not drinkers.
I got them national trust membership for their birthdays and theatre tickets for mothers/fathers day so I feel I've exhausted the "experience" gifts.

What are people buying their older parents this year?

Bird box camera kit www.green-feathers.co.uk/collections/bird-box-cameras (we had to set it up for them, but they love it!)
Cheese board hamper
Digital photo frame
Tea subscription
Watercolour painting of their house (might be a bit too late for you though)

Garden bench. Or bird table, or bird bath.
Fortnum & Mason, or M&S, food hamper. There are loads without any alcohol.
An air fryer, if you can get hold of one!
A charity gift. I buy my mum and dad a weekly £1 entry into the Yorkshire Air Ambulance raffle. They have won a couple of prizes, something like £200 and £30. I've done the same previously for their local hospice, so I'm sure lots of local charities would do similar.
Dinner at a "posh" restaurant, or somewhere they wouldn't normally go.

My parents are late 70s and don't want any 'stuff' especially as they have just sold their second home and brought stuff from there to their (not massive) house.

Last year, I bought them a hamper from a local company with cheeses, chutneys, olives etc. They absolutely loved it so have asked for the same thing this year.

Hedgehog house? Garden seat?
Garden water feature?

Last year we got my parents an Aura frame based on a recommendation on here and they absolutely love it. Highly recommend

White company cashmere bed socks (young me loves them too! )
Beautiful cashmere hat / scarf
A jumper each. Look at Woolovers
A new duvet cover
Rug or throw
Chilly bottles / flask to take in the car
Nice cabin sized wheely case

They probably don't want any 'thing'. I have a blanket ban on 'anything that needs to be dusted'.

How close are you geographically? How do you feel about giving your time?

Take 'em out, to lunch or a visit or walk and afternoon tea. Or Dinner.

Much my favourite kind of present.

One of my adult sons makes me a personalised calendar every Christmas with photos of all the assorted family members, I love it.

We used to go on groupon and buy the dinner for 2 for the nice places on there.

Would they like heated throw covers/velvetiser/things for the garden/a weekend away type gift?
