Where to buy cracker presents/small novelties?

I used to buy these from Hawkins Bazaar, generally below about £3 each, maybe up to a fiver for something a bit better or vaguely useful rather than just daft, but I've just discovered the shop doesn't exist any more! It's now part of Menkind and stocking fillers start at £7 (can't see anything smaller/cheaper).

Any suggestions where to look now? I'm sure these things are on ebay but I'd need to know what exactly I wanted rather than getting a selection to choose from.

Waterstones has a range of little toys, trinkets and puzzles etc, might be worth a look there

John Lewis (toy section and sometimes a stand of stocking fillers near the tills in children's clothing). Sostrene Greene, Wilson, pound shops, garden centres. Stationery, toiletries and American sweet section in supermarkets.

Sainsburys, oddly enough!.

Depends who crackers are for but I would go with flying tiger, paperchase or lindor chocolates

www.rexlondon.com/ I buy a lot for stockings from Rex London, som ethings are quite cheap. Not much use for now, but they do a good sale in Jan, I bought most of my stocking fillers then and saved a lot of money, may help for next year.
