@Laney79 thank you glad it isn't just me. The estimated delivery on mine shows as tomorrow on the dispatch email. Will give them a couple of days grace as know places are behind but already had one order reprinted and resent earlier in the year by photobox (ended up with both orders but the original still came a long time after the reprint)

Could the smashed grapes fiasco be a scam similar to the hampers last year?
If they aren’t refunding postage charges they will have made a fair amount surely and probably know a lot of customers won’t use their voucher codes come the new year. It’s seems odd to me that they left the discount codes running as long as they did knowing full well what orders were coming in 🤔

I did say at the time that I felt bad for the company. I can't believe they didn't block the discount code. I think it was live for about 4 days?

People that used the code. Are they allowing you to use a £30 voucher if you only paid £3.99 delivery?

@Tirrrrred yes they emailed me a voucher and I had only paid postage

@hourbyhour101 now that I have a baby that eats (my first didn't until almost 2 years) - suction bowls, a regular free flow sippee cup for water if they will be attending nursery before 2, plastic cutlery set plus an extra set of plastic spoons (like teaspoon size ends), the long round bibs (but not the coveralls, apparently most babies hate those - both of mine did), little storage pots if you're doing purees. Flannels if you want to cut down wipe use. Mine loves a little high chair without the legs for the living room, they have them at nursery too. Maybe some yummy first taste finger food snacks like melty puffs!

It's interesting reading the reviews on Trustpilot. They seem to be completely ignoring those complaining about the £80 advent calendar. Those who have mentioned the testing kits they've apologised for misjudging the popularity of the offer but still promising kits would be sent 2 days ago.

I've asked for a refund for both of mine. I used PayPal so will use the resolution centre if they don't respond

I decided to use the voucher now, ended up buying a case of six red wines for £35 plus delivery (so paid about £12 extra) 6 Reds for 12 quid is still a great price and they have another customer. Let's see if it works now though?

Well I've used my smashed grapes vouchers to order their paper vouchers which will look much better than me just printing the email ones off (hopefully!)

Now I'm just relying on them to get the vouchers out on time

@Tirrrrred I haven’t had a voucher email yet and I paid 50% but I am concerned the boxes won’t materialise and my delivery date is the 16th Dec. We shall see.

I’ve had a cancellation email for one of my SG orders. As there was no mention of a refund, I requested refund of the £3.99 p&p via PayPal and it was actioned immediately.

I’m guessing a lot of people are using their SG vouchers, most of the wines are sold out!
