I ordered two smashed grapes boxes- the Malbec one and the cheese and wine one. Malbec came today and looks good. Cheese one still or tracking so guessing it’ll cancelled. Don’t think they’re a scam like the hampers. Just a
small company overwhelmed with orders and trying to resolve a logistics issue.

@BoopK I am with you on that. It honestly feels like a promotion that got out of hand as they didn't do some basic things (eg setting a limit for the codes, not being realistic about what they could do) and had some bad luck (postal strikes etc.). The mis-deluvery feels like order numbers and addresses getting muddled somewhere.

I've used the voucher they sent for my cancelled order (and spent extra) as we were going to make an order with them anyway, and the prices are decent. I'm going to watch them like a hawk, though!
