Oh bottoms , I only ordered one smashed grapes as a gift , January is too late and we don’t drink wine , so I’ve emailed to ask for a refund . I know groupon got in trouble a while back issuing gift vouchers instead of refunds when they couldn’t fulfil orders . I do feel for them but it will be fairly useless for us come the new year .

Another smashed grapes cancellation here, I don't mind so much as it was only an add-on gift for my brother but I'll be a bit miffed if I have to pay postage twice for the same thing. Especially when you think how many £3.99 postage charges they now have sat in their account not being used 😅

Those with Disney+, I just had an email which included a 35% discount code for shopDisney. I won't use my code if anyone would like to try and make use of it?

I’ve just replied to the Smashed Grapes email from the other day requesting a refund and happy to return the voucher to them. Would hate to think of this causing them financial problems.

I don’t see a Neom code when I spin the wheel and on the email it says the code is %%voucher%% which clearly isn’t the code. Can anyone help? It was for the oils / pod.

I've also requested a refund for my two smashed grapes orders. I feel sorry they've over stretched but not happy that one minute they say they will deliver, the next they aren't and now I need to find two replacement gifts and unfortunately it won't be such a bargain as these were going to be. I don't see why they should get to keep my £7.98 of delivery fees when they haven't delivered! I have said if I don't hear from them in 14 days I will be claiming through my credit card. I'm not interested in their gift card for January really. I could give it to the recipient but it doesnt feel the same as giving a present. Very disappointing.

I know people are disappointed about Smashed Grapes. But the original tasting kit contained the equivalent of one bottle of wine. With the £30 voucher can you order more than one bottle? Even if you have to pay for delivery again.

Doesn't help with presents but could work out a bargain.

Mine hasn't been delivered or cancelled yet.

@PenguinTattoo that's a good spot, but the £4 postage puts me off!

My concern with SG is the tasting kit plus postage will cost more than the £30 come January and I end up laying more out. Think I might ask for a refund as I also think it's a bit cheeky not to give people the option to cancel and just issue vouchers

How do you get the discount codes please? I have disney plus but don't ever receive money off codes

I had 2 smashed grapes orders - 1 for me and 1 for my dad. I’ve received one email saying it won’t be sent, but the other email account says despatched so I am hoping that one still comes.

I’m really annoyed by my recent Nike order though. Nike were no problem but they use DPD, who decided to leave my parcel at a local supermarket for me to collect! What’s the point in online shopping/home delivery if you have to leave the house anyway. I didn’t know until it was too late and now they have sent my order back to Nike. I had used Black Friday discounts for that order so I’m not happy!

I'm slightly concerned that smashed grapes are in financial difficulty and they've issued vouchers that they won't be able to honour.

Primark baby weaning stuff from Stacy (something or another) is by far the best weaning stuff I have found and unlike most weaning stuff it won't break the bank !
