Plus his stocking which has chocolate, pants and socks, cosy socks, a puppies calender he requested, lynx, more chocolate, mini rubik cube so far.

My son has just turned 9 and so far, I have bought:

Drum practice pad - he has lessons at school.
Lego minecraft ice Castle and tree House.
A small robot thing that flies/hovers - got one for his friends birthday and DS liked it.

Couple of funny stocking bits - e.g. a whoppee cushion, giant chocolate coin and a tamagotchi type thing (was only £5 in tesco).

Will probably get him some books/a dvd/pj's or nice tops/ couple of small bits to go with.

His birthday is end of Nov so he has just had birthday presents which always makes Xmas tricky 🙄

I have to find something Rick Astley themed for my ds9.

He wants a small statue.

Mugs are probably the best idea but he doesn't drink from them, he doesn't like hot drinks.

10yo DD is getting a new scooter with light-up wheels and accessories, some Percy Pig pyjamas, and an illustrated edition of The Girl of Ink and Stars under the tree.

I've started picking up stocking bits. So far I've got "coal" made of charcoal-dusted marshmallows, LOL lip balm and a squishmallow.

I got my kids these (the Rock and Brian Cox!) as a bit of a joke a couple of years ago and they were a big hit. They move them around the house, sit them at the dinner table or on the sofa etc etc…way more fun than I’d imagined.
