Christmas decoration in a gift box?

Rainallnight · 01/12/2022 09:07

Does anyone have a recommendation for a Christmas decoration that comes in a nice gift box? Need half a dozen for teachers, TAs etc.

NB I know I can put them in gift boxes myself just trying to cut down on work!

What's your budget per individual boxed decoration?

Rainallnight · 01/12/2022 22:44

I’d say £10-£15. Thank you for replying!

@Rainallnight if I have it right it's £10-15 each then Portmerian wrendale ones are boxed. They have 3 for 2 on as well although worth checking elsewhere too. Sort of thing a kid would choose too (I like them too, but hopefully you know what I mean!)

Oh lovely @Scout2016 thank you so much!

Ive also just found these on Google which look very nice. It worked better when I googled ‘bauble in a box’! northcoastglass.com/shop/glass-baubles

It's £40 for 12 decorations and then get 12 individual gift boxes. Not quite what you asked for but it could be a way of keeping the cost down.

@Rainallnight I have somenting like that all the way from holidaying in Venice... my mum thinks it looks like a mistake, but no accounting for taste!

Why not go with this and hang it over a bottle of wine ? Decoration and something to drink in one !!

Thanks @isladeltesoro Alcohol is a tricky thing for so many people that I think I’ll have to steer clear. And there are a lot of Muslim teachers and pupils at school. I love wine myself!

Or you could just wrap in fancy clear Christmas wrap ( like you use for flowers) and add some ribbon

Alittlebitofthis · 02/12/2022 22:43

My mil got me a few a few years ago and I really like them!

Rainallnight · 02/12/2022 22:44

Is she Irish?

No. Where she used to live had a shop that sold them.
