Gift for boss and family

I'm a PA and looking for a joint gift idea for my boss, his wife and son (11). Last couple of years I got a lovely family gift box/hamper but the company hasn't done them this year. Looking at around £30 - £40 (bear in mind they are well off and have expensive taste, but will of course appreciate the token gift).

If yes, and you can somehow get a photo from them, what about a custom portrait? Of a smaller size than illustrated!!
