Sorry I know there's lots of threads like this already.

£10 budget
25 year old who loves Christmas and this is her first Christmas in her own house with partner.

That's all I know so far but trying to get my thinking cap on!

Initial Christmas decorations for them both?

Dobbycraft · 29/11/2022 14:09

Nice bauble from the Christmas market

monsteronahill · 29/11/2022 14:09

Agree with PP - initial decorations is very cute (I have them from my first Christmas with my now DH)! Anything for the tree that has the year on - it'll be a cute reminder of their first Christmas in a home together. There's some lovely ornaments that are little snow globe style ones with houses in, that would be a nice memory.

Thank you so much everyone! Can't believe how obvious it is when you hear someone else say it 😂🎅

Agree - lovely special bauble. Or Christmas scented candle - I got a clementine and clove one recently which is yum!

Stompythedinosaur · 29/11/2022 15:02

I'd get a Christmas scented candle, maybe Inspiritus by St Eval.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/11/2022 18:08

Definitely a lovely bauble or two.

Or the makings for festive hot chocolate - good hot chocolate, marshmallows, candy canes to stir.

Are you in London @HarkTheHeraldAngels ? Could go to one of the fancy department stores like Liberty, Harrods, Fortnum & Mason or Selfridges to get a nice decoration. I love Christmas too & always treat myself to a new one every year from one of these stores. If too expensive have a look at Paperchase or Typo.

Slimjimtobe · 29/11/2022 19:05

a really nice decoration to keep !
you can actually get a decoration first year in our new home or even one with a photo frame

A nice SET of xmas decorations... honestly I don't get the point in having one random one (my kids keep making them and it drives my OCD wild).

Or a nice xmas decoration that doesnt hand on the tree like stocking holders or a freestanding raindeer decore or a light projector etc...

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 29/11/2022 21:10

Home bargains have a super cute Christmas cake stand that is very tasteful for 9.99
She's not going to have anything like that yet.

scrivette · 30/11/2022 23:12

His and hers Christmas Mugs.

CrapBucket · 30/11/2022 23:15

Make your own gingerbread house (or the dairy milk version). She might have a colour scheme for baubles etc.
