They’ve been having a rough time and some big life changes and I’d like it to be a treat for them all. Childrens aged 9 to 15. Budget of £20 😬. Thanks

Streaming Service gift card is a great idea.

Such a lovely gesture - something they can enjoy together definitely - if they have a garden - a Swingball or similar? Or if you have a book of local family walks and a coffee shop voucher for hotchoc after? Or a voucher for Greggs or similar to get cakes?

Vouchers for 2 xM&S dine in for £10?

Love the movie night ideas, you could make a lovely wee hamper up and print out some tickets for decor/bit of fun. I got popcorn tubs for £1 each in home bargains that are reusable and make movie night a bit more special.

I did a cosy night in for a friend whose husband was working away over Christmas. I filled a box with fluffy socks, pj's for the children (there were only two of them), treats, a dvd, a single serving of wine, bath bomb and candle for mum. It was all from Poundland (in the days when most things were a pound).

I think a game is a great idea unless they happen to have loads of them already, get the family together on multiple occasions. Trivial pursuits family has a lot of gameplay for all ages, I think you may have enough left for some choc and maybe marshmallows, things like Uno, top trumps and dobble are all good, cheap and portable. Smart games iq puzzles are single player but can be worked on together and also portable, we have a few of them too.
