Gluten free and dairy free dessert for the big day?

Looking for suggestions for a dessert for the big day where one of the guests is both gluten and dairy intolerant. It may be a two dessert situation so does not need to be massive. I guarantee nobody cares if there is no Christmas pudding.

Think I asked a few years back for gluten free ideas, did a lovely dessert and found out after we sat down to eat that this guest also dairy intolerant.

@longtompot THANK YOU! I don't know why it's never occured to me to use coconut cream for a tiramisu - have been musing over Oatly cream/Elmlea soya for a while but that looks much more appetising!

Thinking about it, I used this recipe but used df cream cheese (Violife is he best one) instead of the mascarpone. It is really a good recipe www.recipesfromitaly.com/tiramisu-original-italian-recipe/

Mulled wine jelly with red fruits on the bottom (I would mull the fruits then make a suitable jelly with a bit of spice to fill up).
Dark chocolate dipped thin gluten-free biscuit on the side (almond flour based) if you want
OK, typing this has convinced me to make this this year!

...Oh, and the jellies look best in a wine glass.
