I need your help please, bargain-finders! Does anyone have any ideas for a great deal on a Pokémon related present for a 9 year old?

Game have 50% cashback today if you go through Quidco. They have loads of Pokemon.
Bonus £20 voucher if you spend over £100.
For any Ticket to Ride fans they have Europe version for £29.99. Good way to get money off it.

livingthegoodlife · 28/11/2022 09:47

@Monstermunch67 I have that app. Best thing ever for keeping track. Plus it's password protect so no nosey little eyes can find it.

Amazon - monopoly card game £3.50. good stocking filler!

If anyone can help I’m looking for the best deal on an iPad (don’t mind what model). Cheapest seems to be £309 that I can see with John Lewis/Curry’s?

Quidco seems to have up to 18.75% cashback at Curry's so would be worth going through there if it's reasonably priced already.

That's what I went with for mine after watching them for ages.

Curry's has free delivery plus the cashback (which only ended up 2%). JL £10 off £150 excludes apple products.

I'm looking for some womens pyjamas but the recipient is quite specific! She's 60-something, likes being warm so wants a long sleeve top and ideally brushed cotton bottoms, but doesn't want the shirt style with buttons down the front. My budget is £20-25 max, but less would be great. I've had a look in Joules, White Stuff and M&S and not found anything suitable yet, so thought I'd ask for your collective bargain-hunting wisdom, please and thank you 😊

Thank you so much for sharing @Ohmygoodmess I have just used this to buy my DC a new bicycle helmet that he’s wanted for awhile, he usually gets hand me downs from cousins so he’ll be chuffed with this!

Have bought the Hotel Chocolat coffee machine for dd (thank you to whoever posted that) but need to get her some pods to go with it. She likes the gingerbread latte coffees you get around this time, anyone know where I can get a good deal on them?

Oh wise ones...I'm stuck and would welcome any ideas for a lady in her early sixties please. She lives at home with her elderly mum and requires some help with day to day living (she's never lived independently or worked). She's quite a simple soul and doesn't like fussiness. I've bought toiletries, chocolates, stationery and candles in the past but am completely stuck this year. I don't think she'd welcome clothing and I've never seen her use a handbag.

maybe try Lands End? they usually always have discounts - although these vary from day to day so if there's something you want it can be worth waiting a few days to see if a better deal comes along

Cuwins · 28/11/2022 12:05
