@LemonFrosting there's one on Amazon with 23% off with good reviews £9.99. No hat or hi via but you could buy separately from Etsy or somewhere? Etsy also have little police id cards. I made an NHS one for ds and Dd when they were wee for their doctors kid and they LOVED it.

Hello,
can anyone help with the best deal for a sim for a child? He is getting his first phone and I know you can get free sims but I wondered if there are any good deals where we might get a bundle.

I know giff gaff have £6 a month for 1gb data and texts and calls. Anyone seen anything cheap than that?

thanks

I have the one Martin Lewis recommended a few months back. Lebara. Literally a couple of pounds a month. Good website too.
I was with GiffGaff but there was no way to cancel when I lost my phone.. It insured I used a different one, whichI didn’t have. Had to lose my bank card to stop them taking money off it every month.
Anyway I think you get a half price deal through a referral code and I get money back too.. I’ll put mine if the relevant thread in here.

For those of you with the chocolate society shakers….

I got my son one for his birthday and he loves it. Does anyone have any recommendations for any other types of chocolate to use in it that I can get as a stocking filler? He’s not interested in cream or marshmallows. He loves dark chocolate…. Thanks

ps any codes or deals on chocolate society drops would also be welcome!

Dark chocolate orange - about 2-3 segments
Mint chocolate Aero - about 4-5 of the little balls
Nutella - 1 large teaspoon
White chocolate - about 4-5 pieces
(all of the above available cheep in B&M)

We love our hot chocolate shaker!

It’s actually saved us so much money because it’s become outlet new winter tradition to make some hot chocolate in a thermos and take it on a walk rather than going to cafes.

(cheap, not cheep. Our, not outlet 🙄)

Wondering if anyone can recommend a good scooter for a 4 (almost 5) year old. She has pretty decent balance and co-ordination (doesn't take after me) but i think she'll not be ready for a 2 wheeled one just yet.

@puppydisaster shrug it's a wiz smart light bulb - about 4th down £14.99 before discount. It's an amazons choice.

I've tried this, using the code you kindly shared, but Amazon just says the code cannot be used with this item. Anything I'm missing* *@thaegumathteth?

Cuwins · 01/12/2022 16:29

If you got something free on the sparks card and you don't want it then consider if there is anywhere it can be donated local to you rather than not picking it up. I have a hand cream but can't use it, my sister volunteers at a refugee charity and toiletries like that are wanted for Christmas packs so will pick it up and take it to them.

daisyboo1 · 01/12/2022 16:33

Does anyone have a Boden voucher they're not going to use please? I know I missed the big discount they had recently so anything would help!

Fuckingfuckssake · 01/12/2022 16:55

@OdeToAutumn I second Lebara, I put a referral link on a few weeks back.

Lego Direct had it a month or so ago for £25

Has anyone heard from smashed grapes? I'm going to need to buy some alternative gifts if they're not showing up

Mine that should have come 28th Nov haven’t arrived. I know there’s been postal strikes but surely they’d send them on days when they (cheese especially) wouldn’t get stuck somewhere. I’m being patient because I didn’t spend much- as long as they arrive at some point I’ll be happy.

Contacted the 5 pound place about sending me the wrong cake oodie (tie dye not otter), got a ‘send us a photo’ email and haven’t heard anything since. Gah!!

thaegumathteth · 01/12/2022 18:28

@roaringmouse it said that to me but it did actually take the money off

TwiggletLover · 01/12/2022 18:29

Yes I get that but there has been no communication about when they will be sent out since they said it will be today at the earliest.
I appreciate that I didn't pay very much for them but I still need to know whether to buy an alternative gift or not

That's weird, mine has a picture of Popcorn but when I click on it the offer is 40% cashback at Tommy Hilfiger

That’s strange, still showing for me. Have you tried just going to the popcorn shed cashback page?

IWouldBeSuperb · 01/12/2022 19:05

I have a 20% off Lily & Roo jewellery code from Vodafone if anyone can use it?
