@PeskyYeti id avoid anything that might make the teenagers feel they have to enjoy Christmas. It will no doubt be a tough time being in a new family and to have the added pressure to join in games etc could cause real difficulties over Xmas.
smellies,choc treats, the hot choc idea sounded lovely, or a small voucher if they’re into gaming, pjs, slippers, socks. Not exciting gifts but gifts that come without expectation

My eldest has asked for a 6 pack of prime drink for Christmas. If you know about prime, you know this is unlikely to happen. If you don't know about prime, you might be asking why a child is asking for a drink for Christmas.

Apart from constantly checking the prime website to see if it comes back in stock, and asking in my local asda when I'm there, any ideas? It won't be the end of the world if I can't get it as he knows how unlikelyit is, but the surprise level would be huge if I could pull it off.

I've been looking for prime on and off for a little while now with no luck. I have bid on a few on ebay but they always go much higher than I can stomach for a £2 drink. Might suck it up and just get the one as we get closer though.

Stupidly I missed the discounted lego at smyths and have just had to order full price argh. Have had a horrible bug and only realised this morning I'd missed one off my order and amazon don't deliver until Jan!

It was a risk it wouldn’t get here for Christmas, but I knew I could always cancel or return of it missed the date.

Where about are you? I seem to be able to get them fairly easily at a small Asda local near to me. Not a chance at the big one but had loads of luck with the much smaller one. Only the blue ones tho. I'm on Bradford so if you are anywhere near by I can try get my hands on some for you?

I should have done that last week @ChristmasCwtch as it had £7 off but have never returned to amazon so good to know that's a possibility! I've ordered at the higher price and will keep a look out to see if it goes down again. Lesson learnt!
