For Christmas presents where do you buy your kid's pyjamas from?

I'll be able to get to primark next weekend but would rather pay for quality if they're not great?

Marks and Spencer have 2 pair for £16 at the moment and they wash and wear well.

BeKindToYourMind · 21/11/2022 09:28

I usually do get my kids' pyjamas from primark and never been unhappy with the quality of them. Their fleecy ones in particular always wash really well I think.

AaBbC · 21/11/2022 09:41

Marks & Spencer's for presents

Primark / Sainsbury's for my own kids lol

MsMiaWallace · 21/11/2022 09:41

I was looking at m&s

Next. Ds is tall and slim, and they do a snuggle fit. Lovely quality, wash well, and can be tumble dried.

Kymy · 21/11/2022 09:43

Asda or Matalan

I got some bargain pjs in m&s a few weeks ago for £2 in the sale and I don't think they're any better quality than the Primark/supermarket ones I have purchased in the past

Chimna · 21/11/2022 09:43

I think for quality Next are the best. M&S can be a bit unpredictable on how well they'll wash.

I agree with this

yoshiblue · 21/11/2022 09:47

Next are the best quality, Asda can be quite good for Christmas/novelty ones.

BertieBotts · 21/11/2022 09:48

Primark but size up. They shrink. They are the best value for money if you factor that in though, especially their fleecy ones. For thinner cotton, supermarkets are good.

H&M and Gap PJs are very skinny because they cater to the US market where they have laws about pyjamas being close fitting for fire safety. Bear that in mind if you buy from there.

PuttingDownRoots · 21/11/2022 09:49

Prefer M&S for quality. Some lovely velour ones at the moment.

notacooldad · 21/11/2022 09:50

Primark and George at Asda have always been good.

I've got my 14 month old a sleepsuit and a pair of pjs from primark and a pair of Cocomelon ones from primark for Christmas 😋

Cocomelon ones from Matalan*

ITSSSSCHRISTMASSS · 21/11/2022 10:55

Bought some from Matalan this week but they were an impulse sales purchase and gave them to dd straight away.

Bought Grinch ones with matching hats from Homebargins & nice soft HP & Princess ones from Asda for Christmas.

I’ve bought from B&M in the past, they are ok. On the 2nd year with some Christmas themed ones.

M&S are ok, I find sizing on my DDs a bit off though.

Theyhaveallbeenused2 · 21/11/2022 10:57

H&m if you are a member quite often have pairs for around £6. Wash and wear brilliantly

Branleuse · 21/11/2022 10:59

Primark pyjamas are great. H&m too

TokyoSushi · 21/11/2022 10:59

Next & M&S and great, but Next are sometimes £££. Asda & Sainsburys good for cheaper pairs that wash well too.

candywoo · 21/11/2022 11:06

I do like next but I have 4 kids and the thought of spending up to £120 on just 4 sets of pyjamas, i can't do it. Primark it is.

CraigDavid · 21/11/2022 11:07

John Lewis, two pack for a not crazy amount and they are lovely thick cotton. They've washed really well

Strawblue · 21/11/2022 11:11

M&S but size up if they are the skinny fit style.

JennyForeigner · 21/11/2022 11:35

Polar y pyret. Last forever and generous sizes. I often buy their stuff on vinted.

JennyForeigner · 21/11/2022 11:36

Sorry, that should have been Polarn O Pyret. Combination of autocorrect and butterfingers!

FHmama · 21/11/2022 11:40

Mostly Asda, never had a problem

stopringingme · 21/11/2022 11:50

John Lewis they are the ones that fit my tall DD well.

Have also bought Next and M&S previously but always seem to gravitate towards John Lewis for pyjamas now.
